Description
The purpose of this course is to support students' understanding of the career readiness competencies needed to succeed in internships and other experiential learning opportunities. Through guided reflection, skill-building activities, and applied practice, students will deepen their self-awareness, strengthen confidence in their professional abilities, and develop the capacity to clearly articulate their skills and strengths in professional and workplace contexts. Students will engage in at least one hands-on experience that is aligned with their self-identified career pathway. Prototyping activities will build effective decision-making and goal-setting skills to enhance students' career preparation. Students will develop an actionable career plan throughout the course that draws from their Clark experiences and connects to future goals.
