Description
This course provides an overview of the practice and profession of school psychology, including its historical, legal, ethical, and multicultural foundations. Students explore career pathways, training and credentialing requirements, and key concepts in assessment and intervention across academic, social, emotional, and behavioral domains. The course also examines systems-level reform and future directions in the field. Instruction includes lectures, discussions, case studies, and group activities.
