Description

Section information text: In the United States today there are more older people in the population than ever before. Many issues offer new challenges as one enters middle and later life but is there a way "successful aging" can be accomplished? With all of these challenges can one truly grow old gracefully? Topics such as diet, exercise, pensions, family life, and housing will be explored. Theories of the aging process will be discussed as we review the study of aging: past, present and future.
