Description

This course introduces systems thinking as a critical skill for project managers to navigate complexity, identify interdependencies, and anticipate unintended consequences. Using predictive, Agile, and hybrid methodologies, students will learn to apply systems-based frameworks to identify potential challenges, design more resilient project plans, and improve decision-making. Through case studies and applied exercises, the course emphasizes how systems thinking supports risk management, stakeholder alignment, and long-term value delivery. By integrating key concepts, students strengthen their ability to manage projects within dynamic environments where multiple variables and stakeholders intersect.
