Description
Section information text: Develops an understanding of concepts, analytical tools and communication skills underlying behavior in organizations. The course explores the relationship between task accomplishments and human fulfillment in the context of planned organizational change. Various learning experiences are incorporated, including case studies, simulations, role playing and group discussion. Issues of public involvement, participatory decision making, employee empowerment and forms of leadership are also addressed.
