Description
Section information text: The goal of this course is to provide students with a basic understanding of crisis communication as it relates to organizational behavior. Course readings and class discussions will include crisis communication theories, crisis communication plan development, risk management and communication ethics, and reviews and critiques of crisis communication case studies.
