With a focus on quality and the voice of the customer, students will explore the aspects of project life cycle, learn to develop and integrate scope, time, and resource planning for managing a project. The course will also explore decision making around risk assessment, measure of success, monitoring and controlling of project schedule, scope, cost and quality. Some class time will be spent integrating these skills and best practices off campus at a local organization.
