Description
Section information text: This course is designed to teach students the concepts and components of intellectual property and the necessity of protection in business. We will immediately begin to garner an understanding of how modern business and law are influenced and impacted by the ever present development and protection of technology in the form of intellectual property around us. The course will increase students' understanding of critical concepts and prepare them to recognize and protect patent, copyright, trade secret, trademark, service mark and other valuable developments in worldwide business. This course is designed to assist in managing the value of intellectual property in our daily decision making.
