Description

Section information text: This course focuses on the formulation and implementation of strategy at both the business and corporate level. Using an integrative approach that combines both the science and the art of strategy, the course introduces students to the tools that are used to assess an organization's internal and external environment, and to the process of strategic thinking. The course utilizes analysis tools from economics and financial measures along with management skills in an integrative approach to strategic decision making. Open to MBA students only.
