Description
Section information text: Provides the student with an in-depth look at modern prisons, through a study of the Massachusetts Correctional System. Topics such as the history of jails and prisons, overcrowding, prison violence and the AIDS epidemic will be discussed. Students will tour a local correctional facility to learn first hand about a rapidly deteriorating prison system.
