Description
Section information text: This course is designed to provide a general introduction to conceptual and practical issues related to research. Students will receive training in how to conduct different phases of the research process including formulating research questions and hypotheses, analyzing data, and writing reports. Students will participate in group and individual work, sometimes collecting data, and other times working with data that has been used in prior research, to examine methods and questions. This course will facilitate the process of understanding how to work with data to address questions about different motivational theories and their application to real-life issues and problems.
